Something I did for
The colors, I think, are a lot more vivid in person. Sadly, my traditional coloring isn't as great as my CG skills, so it doesn't look as awesome as I wish it did. There will be a cged version...eventually. I had a ton of fun with the pose though. It's from Sanza belongs to Comments
Looks pretty good to me! Though I bet with the CG coloring that attack will have a bigger impact

Concept
It's cute and yet dynamic. You have good ideas in your head and we see this especially in your writing. I also see you got Sanza in character and much of the details down so props to you there. Mainly it is a matter of polishing up your technical skills so let's get to that.
Lines
Lines are good, they are solid and clean with a bit of line variation in there, which is nice. However I think you can push them further. It is common for people to use lines to portray perspective where thicker lines are used for what is in the foreground with them tapering out to thin lines for the background. This is done for a couple of reasons I can think of off the top of my head. One, you typically want what is in the front to be the center of focus, second, things get larger as they get closer, this can apply to line art as well. As a result, you will want Sanza's hand in the front to have the thickest lines while her braid and hand in the back will have the thinnest. If you need an idea of how that works, take a trip trough some comics be it American or Japanese, both have insanely good artists. One of my favorite all time artists, Kohta Hirano aka the artist of Hellsing has absolutely FABULOUS inking. If I could marry an art style I would marry his.
Form
This is probably what you could use the most work on. I understand you have a style leaning towards anime, but still doing some drawings from life and from photos, straight up, not using them as refs for characters, would help a good deal. The more naked people you can find the better. c= And since this is dA, there is easily an abundance of those. It is mainly to get a grasp on how the body works, and how it looks in different perspectives. Just do a bunch of those every so often and eventually the human form will be ingrained into your mind. It will greatly help your ability to do different compositions.
With that said probably what could use most work is the perspective on the hands and arms. Her hand in the front could be larger and the anatomy in the back arm is rather wonky. There could be more definition to differentiate between the upper arm and the forearm by giving it a curve right before where the elbow connects the two. The legs could use more curse too to help accentuate the muscle and bone structure. This is a bit nickpicking but there should probably be a bit of a line to show that her stomach ends and her hips start, in addition that right leg is significantly thinner at the calf than the left leg. (iswearimalmostdone) Last two things are she seems rather cross eyed and that her braid could use more movement. As it stands it is kind of just poking out, maybe giving it an s-curve swish would help. I am very fond of the cute style and that right half of her hips though. Also the boobs, good job with that they are cute.
Color
Seeing as how these are flats I can't really say much other than good job keeping it in the lines. Some shading wouldn't hurt but that is not what you were going for methinks. If you could, it would be nice to make the color a bit more solid but heck it's color pencil, that would be incredibly hard. Also I commend you for making the belts sticking out from the sleeves. It's a toughie to make those things stand out from each other.
TL;DR
Its a cute fanart, not your best work but not your worst either. Mainly I think you need to get a better grasp on human anatomy, and maybe some dynamic perspective, but really other than that it is a perfectly lovely picture. C= Keep on trucking Saki you lovable deedlybopper.
